Eligibility: KATHERINE MOSKAL HEALTH PLANS giveaway is only open to residents of the United States who are age 18 or older.

Competition: KATHERINE MOSKAL HEALTH PLANS contest will run from (NOVEMBER 1ST 2023  TO JANUARY 15TH 2024). There will be one (1) unique random drawing to award one (1) prize. Entry in the Competition does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or Competition. By participating in the Competition, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these rules, the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and/or the Administrator whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects and not subject to further review in any forum.

How to Enter: Purchase not necessary to win. Ways to get entered in: 1 entry per referral given to, Katherine Moskal Health Plans, for health insurance (entry goes to the referrer). You can refer yourself and that will count as 1 entry.

Winner Selection: A random drawing will be held on (Jan 31, 2024) by KATHERINE MOSKAL HEALTH PLANS and one (1) winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Winner must record and post to Facebook a video while on the trip thanking Katherine Moskal Health Plans for the trip.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 2 night, 3 day hotel stay for two at the Palms of Destin in Destin, FL. Airfare will also be included for the winner and one (1) guest at the time the trip is being taken. Blackout dates apply. The prize must be redeemed and taken by December 31, 2024. Prize must be redeemed from Katherine Moskal Health Plans.

Passports, identification, or any other necessary travel documents, as well as any cost associated with them, are the responsibility of the giveaway winner. The prize cannot be redeemed for the following dates in 2024: March 18-26, April 7-15, May 26-29, July 1-8, September 1-4, November 22-26, or December 22- Jan 1. Subject to condo availability for other dates. The airline will be selected at the discretion of the Travel agent for an economy class seat. Katherine Moskal Health plans is not responsible for costs of food, entertainment, and hotel transportation, this is at the winners cost. The winner will receive a 1099, and must submit a IRS form W-9 in order to collect winnings.
